Turning the Place Over

Richard Wilson's Turning the Place Over was commissioned for 'The Liverpool Biennial 2008'. The sculpture consists of a large ellipse cut from the building's façade which rotates to show glimpses of the interior. Moorfields, Liverpool, Merseyside (Wed, 14th May, 2008).
